Frequently Asked Questions

Did we miss something? Please email us!

Can my puppy only come on Mondays?

Your puppy is welcome to join us any day with a booking, however Monday is the only day with a dedicated puppy group and activities. Your pup will be ready for a normal day in no time!

Where do the dogs toilet at daycare, and will it interfere with toilet training?

Dogs in daycare do their business in the play areas, which is then quickly cleaned up and sanitized by our handlers.  Although this all happens indoors, puppy toilet training is both area and surface specific, so their at home routine will be unaffected.

Why is it important to have mature dogs in the group?

Dogs learn best by mirroring behaviour.  By having the help of some more mature dogs in their group they will learn appropriate behaviours, while also being exposed to dogs of various shapes, sizes and energy levels.

Will my puppy ever be unsupervised?

No, your puppy will be under the care and supervision of one or more of our highly trained staff at all times. No group is ever without a handler.

What are your desexing and vaccination requirements?

All dogs over 6 months old must be desexed, and they must have a valid C5 vaccination certificate before booking an ABA. Puppies under 6 months old do not need to be desexed, but they must have their vaccinations.

Do I need to commit to a package?

Nope, we offer casual rates in addition to our visit pass options.

Do you feed the puppies during the day?

If your puppy is still having 3 meals per day, bring one along and we can feed them lunch.  If not, we do feed a high quality dry food as treats throughout the day.

What time should I pick up my puppy?

While diggiddy is open until 6pm, daycare is a big day for the little ones so we do suggest puppies get picked up before 5pm to ensure the day rounds off on a high note.
